By accessing or using Repixly (repixly.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Repixly provides artificial intelligence-powered image-to-image transformation, stylization, and prompt generation tools. We offer both complimentary milestone tiers and paid subscription plans.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to generate, upload, or transmit any content that:

Depicts non-consensual sexual content, CSAM, violence, gore, or illegal acts.
Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
Violates community safety, harasses, or defames individuals.
Attempts to bypass or defeat our rate-limiting, authentication, or quota systems through automated bots, scrapers, or proxy networks.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

As between you and Repixly, you own all original source images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain commercial rights to images generated using Repixly, subject to underlying third-party foundational model terms.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Paid memberships and credit packs are processed securely via our authorized payment partners (including Waffo). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We provide a 7-day refund guarantee for unused premium allocations upon written request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Repixly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
